Things To Bring for Registration

For Singapore Citizens

​

  • Child’s Birth Certificate

  • Both parent’s NRIC

  • Child’s Immunisation Record

  • $100/- Registration Fee (Non-refundable)
     

For Singaporean PRs

​

  • Child’s Birth Cert (If born in Singapore)

  • Document stating child’s PR status.

  • Both parent’s NRIC

  • Child’s Immunisation Record

  • $100/- Registration Fee (Non-refundable)

For Foreigners

​

  • Child’s Dependent Pass/Re-entry Permit

  • Child's Birth Cert (If born in Singapore)

  • Both Parent’s ID:  Employment Pass / Dependent Pass / LT Visit Pass

  • Child’s Immunisation Record

  • $200/- Registration Fee (Non-refundable)
